Betula pendula Spider Alley by Woodstock Trees & Shrubs Ltd. again seen at IPM Essen Germany in 2015. Van Vliet new Plants was the stand that displayed this lovely spiralled example. This really is a tree of fantastic interest, and really shines when the leaves are dropped during the winter time when the spiralled branches are highlighted. Ideal for flower arranging if this photo is anything to go by.
